Clothing, bags and accessories on the FROCK website are all vintage, previously worn pieces. Vintage clothing is rarely showroom new. We make every effort to select only pieces in near perfect condition. Any defet to the item will be stated in the item description. Please be aware colors may vary from one computer screen to another. We will try to be as accurate as possible in both the photos and written description of the item.

RETURN POLICY

FROCK gladly accepts returns for any items you are not fully pleased with.

How to return:

1. Let us know within 2 days of receipt of the item that you would like to return it (All packages are tracked, we know exactly when it arrived, so don't worry, you have plenty of time to try the item on and give it some thought).
2. All returned items incur a 10% restocking fee based on the retail cost of the item.
3. The item must be returned to Frock in the same condition in which it was received. All items leaving the store are documented. Insurance is recommended for the return trip.
4. Items must be returned within 10 days of the shipping date. Items received between 10 and 30 days from the original delivery date will incur a 50% restocking fee.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
